Great First Time Homebuyer Experience

Kristina did a great job getting me my first home! I originally met her through a listing that I found through Zillow that ended up not working out, but with her straight shooting attitude and quick follow-up on the bid process, I decided to go through her for my real estate needs over other real estate agents that were working to get my business. Kristina has a lot of experience fixing up houses and is very keen on the market and valuations of the homes that are going for sale. When I told her that I wanted a good value for a home, she found some hard to discover properties on the MLS and showed me them right away. She also found a home that I had previously wanted to see but the other agents I had did not want to show me the property, which ended up being the house I own today! Kristina was very helpful with coordinating contractors to come out and inspect and provide quotes for work that would need to be done on the house. She even found me a lender that would qualify me for a renovation loan - which would have been necessary had the house been in a worse condition. Fortunately, the property was a diamond in the rough and Kristina was exceptionally helpful in coordinating with the listing agent and property management to enable all of the necessary inspections of the property for me to secure a conventional home loan. Having Kristina as an agent made my first home purchase a great experience and I would highly recommend her services for any kind of property purchase!

Five Stars Across the Board

We wouldn't give every realtor five stars across the board... far from it! We've been looking for property for the better part of a year and our experience with most realtors has been "dismal" at best (many of whom wouldn't bother to return calls or make an effort to help us). Kristina was the FIRST to actually treat us like valued customers! Within minutes of sending an information request (late in the evening) she returned our call and was able to provide immediate listing information to us. She was prompt in setting up our first opportunity to view the property and answered more questions in the first hour than any previous agent answered over the course of weeks or even months. She was very knowledgeable about the area and the property, and was able to help us find appropriate financing and points of contact for just about everything we would need to acquire the property and eventually improve upon it! Working with Kristina has been a refreshing and very positive experience for us and we would not hesitate to recommend her to friends, family, and anyone who wants to work with a realtor that genuinely shares your best interests and will work tirelessly to help you realize your dreams!
